Pines – Carmel Valley San Diego

The Pines development by Baldwin Homes was one of the first “patio style” home developments in Carmel Valley and was built in 1985. Patio style homes are homes that have a zero lot line on one side of the house and the other side is a side yard to the back. The Pines development features 168 detached homes that have two to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. The homes range in size from 1,236 to 1,803 square feet of interior living space. These homes offer fireplaces and two car garages with the laundry in the garage. The Pines are conveniently located within walking distance of the schools, parks & shopping center and enjoy close freeway access.
