I've been to Enoteca a few times prior to my most recent visit and I swear, this place is better each time! If you like sandwiches or tapas with some wine or beer, you're in luck!
I had the Chimichurri steak and Salmon tapas and the portions were greater than I had expected. The smoked salmon is served on top of a bed of arugula, red onion, Brie & a side of garlic aioli with a slices of fresh bread. Absolutely delicious! I loved how I was able to build my own little tapas. BUT if you prefer some steak, the Chimichurri tapas are the way to go! Words cannot begin to describe how amazingly tasty these tapas were. The meat was tender, the Chimichurri was full of flavor and the cherry tomatoes added a nice fresh touch.
My husband had the Calabrese sandwich, which was also really good! The sandwich is so big that you could have it for two meals, but let's keep it real, it's so good to stop at just half. If you ever have a chance, I also highly recommend the Porchetta sandwich (their porchetta is amazing!)
Side note: happy hour is from 4:30-6:30 Wednesday-Sunday with $5 tapas and $5 wine (Pinot Grigio and Chianti were the options when I had visited and the Chianti was not too sweet - a great choice!).
