Carmel Woods – Carmel

Carmel Woods is a larger geographic area than Carmel-by-the-Sea with many homes priced lower than its counterpart. It borders Carmel-by-the-Sea and is considered more of a neighborhood because there are many homes. There is not a shopping area or down-town center.. This area still has many cute Carmel cottages but is father away from the beach.
